Every initial follow up engagement begins with a 1 hour pre-paid consultation to further discuss the client’s plan.

Sapphire TCMC then reviews the relevant project information with the client and provides written practical, experience-based findings and recommendations.  

Depending on the scope of the engagement, deliverables may include a further consultation session, additional written assessment, revised budget review, a revamped strategic road map, updated readiness report, or a final follow-up advisory meeting.

Clients shall retain responsibility for all final decisions, contracts, payments, bookings, hiring, legal compliance, vendor relationships, and event execution. 

All client request for our assistance in any production, booking, tour management, or on-site operational services are not included as part of this service.  Additional services will be outlined in a separately defined cost basis written agreement.

Sapphire TCMC serves exclusively as an independent consultant and advisor.
