FIRST STEP

We conduct a structured review of the submitted client’s plan outing projected staffing, schedules, various budgets, communications, vendor readiness, and contingency procedures before the concert or tour begins.  

Thereafter, upon the conclusion of the plans review and if we determine that an initial interview is necessary, we will contact the client.
